Implosion of Frank Leu Building in Montgomery, AL

Concrete, brick, and steel structure across the street from the convention center. Demolition site was centrally located, only 12 feet away from a bank. This project required extensive coordination with the community. The building was demolished within the contracted time and budget, to the client’s satisfaction, and without any change orders. Zero damage to adjacent structures and utilities, no safety incidents.
