The city water mainline was only 2’ away from the building. 100+ year old church across the street from the implosion site was unaffected by the blast, leaving all the stained glass windows intact. The building was imploded within the contracted time and budget, to the client’s satisfaction, and without any change orders. Zero damage to adjacent structures and utilities, no safety incidents.
